Terms of sale

1. Who we are

Paris Diva Tours SAS, 149 avenue du Maine, 75014 Paris, RCS Paris 941 746 554, sells guided tours in Paris and related services (together, the services) through this website.

2. What you buy

A place on a guided tour on the date and at the start time chosen at booking, for the number of travelers declared, in the language chosen. On the Eiffel Tower tour the summit entry ticket, pre-booked for the chosen entry time, is included. Interiors of other monuments are not included unless stated on the tour page.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, per person, by age band as stated on each tour page. Payment is taken in full at booking, online by card, through Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. Your booking is confirmed by email once the payment is accepted.

4. Cancellation by you

You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time of your tour; the full amount is refunded to the original payment method. Cancellations within 24 hours of the start time, and no-shows, are not refunded. Being a service scheduled on a specific date, the booking is not subject to the 14-day withdrawal right of article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

5. Late arrival

The group waits a few minutes past the start time, then starts. On the Eiffel Tower tour the pre-booked entry time leaves no margin. A missed start is treated as a no-show, without refund. When we can move you to another slot, we do; write to us.

6. Cancellation or change by us

If weather or a site closure prevents the tour, we offer another date or a full refund, at your choice. If the summit of the Eiffel Tower is closed on the day of a booking that includes it, the tour goes to the 2nd floor and the price difference between the two tickets is refunded. If a guide is unavailable we replace them, or refund you in full.

7. Your responsibilities

Travelers must comply with the security rules of the sites visited, including prohibited items at the Eiffel Tower (alcohol, glass bottles, sharp objects). Children remain under the responsibility of the adults accompanying them. The Eiffel Tower tour is not accessible with wheelchairs, crutches or walkers.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the price paid for the service. We are not liable for delays or interruptions caused by the operators of the sites visited, public transport, weather or events beyond our control.

9. Personal data

The data collected at booking is used to deliver the service and to send you the confirmation. See our privacy page.

10. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, write to us first at parisdivatours@outlook.com; we answer within 15 days. If no agreement is found, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator whose details will be provided on request, or use the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
