Yes, rain or shine. Only weather that closes a site changes the plan, for instance a storm closing the Tower; you may then choose another date or a full refund.

On the Eiffel Tower tour, one price applies to everyone from 4 years old, as the tickets are pre-booked. On the walking tours, children from 4 to 12 pay the child price, and adults from 13. Children under 4 come free on every tour.

On the Eiffel Tower tour, yes: your tickets to the summit are pre-booked for your entry time. The walking tours take place outdoors and need no ticket. Interiors (the cathedral, the Louvre, the top of the Arc) are not included.

Your tickets are pre-booked, so there is no ticket office queue. Every visitor passes through the Tower's two security checks, which may take a little time on busy days.

The Eiffel Tower tour is guided in English. The walking tours are guided in English, French or Hindi: simply choose your language when booking.

Notre-Dame: the Charlemagne statue on the parvis. Louvre: the obelisk on Place de la Concorde. Arc de Triomphe: the statue of General de Gaulle on Place Clemenceau. At the Eiffel Tower, your guide holds the Paris Diva Tours sign. On the Notre-Dame walk, look for a beige, blue and red flag.

At the Eiffel Tower, the entry time is reserved with the Tower, so the group sets off on time and cannot wait. On the walking tours, please send us a WhatsApp message: the group waits a few minutes before setting off. A late arrival cannot be refunded.

The walking tours are on flat ground and welcome strollers and wheelchairs. The Eiffel Tower tour is not accessible to wheelchairs or crutches; visitors with a disability are welcome at the Tower, but not as part of a group, and are kindly asked to go to the Tower's accessibility desk. For security reasons, visitors with a cane or reduced mobility may only go up to the second floor.

Eiffel Tower tour: free of charge up to 72 hours before the start time. Walking tours: free of charge up to 24 hours before. The full amount is refunded to the card used for payment. After these deadlines, the booking can no longer be refunded.
