Who is responsible

What we collect, and why

To process a booking: your name, email address, phone number, the tour, date, start time, number of travelers and language chosen. Legal basis: the contract between us. To answer a message: what you send us by email or WhatsApp. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe, not to us; we receive only a confirmation and a receipt reference. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to that processing (stripe.com/privacy).

No advertising trackers

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Stripe may set cookies on its payment page for fraud prevention.

Retention

Booking records are kept for the legal accounting period (10 years for invoices), then deleted. Messages are deleted after three years without contact.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to a processing, or ask for a copy: parisdivatours@outlook.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
