Eiffel Tower, to the summit
Two elevators to 276 meters, a guide for two hours, and a ticket booked before you arrive.
- Duration
- 2 hours
- Ticket
- Ticket pre-booked for you
- Languages
- English, French or Hindi
- Price
- €89 per person
Your guide meets you at 3 avenue de Suffren with the tickets already paid for. Five minutes on foot, and you are under the Tower. On the way up, the elevator climbs at a slant inside the curved leg of the pillar, and the Champ de Mars drops away.
The tickets are pre-booked for a fixed entry time, which is the part worth understanding before you choose a slot. It means nobody in the group queues at the ticket office, and it also means the time on your confirmation is the time the Tower expects you. Everyone still goes through the two security checks, and on busy days that takes a while. This is not a skip-the-line tour. It is a guided one, which is different, and better once you are up there.
The tour, step by step
- 3 avenue de Suffren. The meeting point is in front of number 3, near the bus stop and the Castel café. Your guide holds a blue and red sign and wears a name badge. Please be there 15 minutes before the start, so the group can be counted and set off on time.
- The Champ de Mars. These lawns were the drill ground of the École Militaire before they were a park. From the diagonal path the four pillars line up, and the guide starts the story: 18,038 iron pieces, 2.5 million rivets, two years, two months and five days of work for the 1889 World's Fair.
- Security, then the elevator. Two checks, one at the perimeter and one at the pillar. Then the elevator, which climbs the curve of the pillar at an angle. Count on a little waiting when Paris is full.
- The 2nd floor, 115 meters. From here you can pick out every other place in our catalog: Notre-Dame, the Louvre, the Arc de Triomphe. The guide reads the city with you, then leaves you time to look.
- The summit, 276 meters. A second elevator continues to the top, past Gustave Eiffel's private office, kept as he left it. The champagne bar is up there too, and the view runs to the edge of the city on a clear day.
Included. Eiffel Tower ticket to the summit, pre-booked for your entry time, a guide for two hours, in English, French or Hindi, confirmation by email right after payment.
Not included. Food and drinks, hotel pick-up.

Questions we get every week
Why is there one price for everyone?
Because the tickets are pre-booked. We buy a fixed number of summit entries for each departure before anyone books, so a seat costs the same whoever takes it. €89 covers the ticket and the guide. Children under 4 do not need a ticket and come free.
Is it really not skip-the-line?
Correct. The ticket is bought for you in advance, so the ticket office is not your problem. The two security checks are, like for everyone. Arriving 15 minutes before the start is what keeps the group on time.
What if the summit is closed?
It happens: wind, maintenance, crowds. The tour goes to the 2nd floor as planned, the guide tells the same story, and we refund the difference between the summit ticket and the 2nd floor ticket. Write to us on WhatsApp the same day.
Can we bring a stroller?
Yes. This is a tour that works with small children: elevators all the way, no stairs, and nothing to carry. Under 4 travels free, from 4 it is one full price like everyone else.
Is it accessible with a wheelchair?
No. The Tower's rules on this tour do not allow wheelchairs, crutches or walkers. Write to us before booking and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
What if we are late?
Send us a WhatsApp message as soon as you know. The entry time is booked with the Tower, so the group cannot wait long after the start. A missed start is not refunded.
Can I cancel?
Free of charge up to 24 hours before the start, refunded automatically to your card. Within 24 hours the booking is due, because the ticket has already been bought.
