Please meet your guide at 3 avenue de Suffren, a few steps from the Champ de Mars. From there, the Tower unfolds its story as you rise through it: 18,038 iron pieces and 2.5 million rivets, assembled in two years, two months and five days for the World's Fair of 1889.

The tour, step by step
- Meeting point. In front of 3 avenue de Suffren, 75007 Paris. Your guide holds the Paris Diva Tours sign. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time.
- Security. Together, we pass the Tower's two security checks. Sharp objects, alcohol, flags and anything that may look dangerous are not allowed.
- The guided tour. Your guide tells the history of the Eiffel Tower, its construction and the secrets of its iron lattice.
- The second floor, 115 meters. Witness a 360-degree view of the city. From here, your guide points out Notre-Dame, the Louvre and the Arc de Triomphe.
- The glass elevator to the summit. A second elevator carries you to the top, 276 meters above the city.
- At your own pace. Once the tour is over, you are welcome to stay on the Tower for as long as you like.
- Included. Your pre-booked tickets to the summit and the guided tour.

- This tour is not accessible to wheelchairs or crutches.
- For security reasons, visitors with a cane or any reduced mobility may only go up to the second floor.
- Should the summit be closed for any reason (technical, weather or crowds), a partial refund is made.
- Groups of up to 20 people.
- Late arrivals cannot be refunded. Please be at the meeting point at the time indicated.
- One price for everyone from 4 years old. Children under 4 come free and need no ticket.

Is the tour accessible to wheelchair users?
The guided tour is not accessible to wheelchairs. Visitors with a disability are warmly welcome at the Eiffel Tower, but not as part of a group: they are kindly asked to go to the Tower's dedicated accessibility desk.
What if we are running late?
Your entry time is reserved with the Eiffel Tower, so the group must set off on time and cannot wait. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early: a late arrival cannot be refunded.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, free of charge up to 72 hours before the start time, with a full refund to the card used for payment. Within 72 hours, the booking can no longer be refunded, as the tickets have already been purchased.
Why is there one price for everyone?
Because the tickets are pre-booked for each departure, and a ticket costs the same whatever the age. €89 includes the ticket to the summit and the guided tour. Children under 4 need no ticket and come free.
Will there be any waiting?
Your tickets are pre-booked, so there is no ticket office queue. Every visitor to the Tower passes through two security checks, which may take a little time on busy days.
What if the summit is closed?
It can happen, for technical reasons, because of the weather or because of crowds. The tour then continues on the second floor, and a partial refund is made.
Can we bring a stroller?
Yes. The tour uses elevators all the way up, which makes it well suited to families with young children.
