Booking, and the morning of the tour
You pick a tour, a date and a time, and pay by card. The confirmation lands in your inbox while you are still on the page, with the meeting point and a description of the sign your guide will be holding. If something changes, cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before and the money goes back to your card on its own.
On the day, come 15 minutes early. It is a small thing that decides how the next two hours go: the guide can count the group, hand out what needs handing out, and start on time. A group that starts late finishes late. Look for the blue and red sign.
Then it is one or two hours on foot. Groups run to 20 people. Small enough that you can cut in with a question and get a real answer, large enough that the price stays where it is.

Good to know before you book
Do the tours run in the rain?
Yes. Paris in the rain is quieter and the queues are shorter. Only weather that closes a site changes the plan, and then you choose another date or a full refund.
Is the Eiffel Tower ticket included?
Yes. Tickets are pre-booked for a fixed entry time and your guide has them before you arrive. You still go through the two security checks like everyone else.
In which language is the tour?
English, French or Hindi. Tell us your language when you book; we confirm it by email.
Can I cancel?
Free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time, refunded to the card you paid with. Within 24 hours the booking is due.
