Your booking, and the day of your visit

Choose your tour, your date and your time, then pay securely by card. Your booking voucher arrives by email right away, with the meeting point and how to recognize your guide.

On the day, please arrive 15 minutes before the start time, so that your guide can welcome the group and set off on time.

Groups are limited to 20 people, so that everyone can enjoy the stories and ask their questions.

Do the tours take place in the rain?

Yes, every tour takes place rain or shine. Only weather that closes a site changes the plan; you may then choose another date or a full refund.

Is the Eiffel Tower ticket included?

Yes. Your tickets to the summit are pre-booked for a smooth experience and minimal waiting times.

In which language are the tours guided?

The Eiffel Tower tour is guided in English. The walking tours are guided in English, French or Hindi: simply choose your language when booking.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, free of charge up to 72 hours before the start time for the Eiffel Tower tour, and up to 24 hours before for the walking tours, with a full refund to the card used for payment.
